Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees according to labor laws and company policies.
• Provide training; conduct evaluations; identify gaps and counsel or terminate if needed.
• Set pay recommendations and opportunities for advancement.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings and events.
• Open and close the store at least twice per week each.
• Analyze sales, profitability, and stock to identify trends and opportunities.
• Order to meet in-stock targets; review weekly ordering plans and inventory issues.
• Ensure proper staging, stocking and presentation of merchandise.
• Maintain accurate inventory levels and control damages and shrink.
• Maintain cashier accountability and cash control procedures.
• Provide superior customer service leadership and maintain a clean store.
