The role requires 3–5 years of retail management, strong leadership, data interpretation, and proficiency with POS and inventory systems. You will lead interviews, schedule, and coach a service-oriented team to drive sales.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of retail management experience overseeing multiple departments.
• Strong financial literacy including discounts and pricing calculations.
• Ability to interpret data, write reports, and present to managers.
• Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management and POS/inventory systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and perform Manager on Duty duties.
• Maintain planograms and price integrity.
• Staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance reviews.
• Resolve customer and associate issues and promote a legendary service experience.
• Coach and motivate the team to drive sales and customer satisfaction.
