Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or Walgreens Community Internship Program or HS diploma with two years supervisory experience.

• Completion of Store Manager training program (LEAP) or willingness to complete Walgreens Leadership Essentials training within 12 weeks.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train store team; manage performance and discipline as needed.
• Oversee customer experience, coaching, and resolving complaints to build loyalty.
• Supervise store operations including scheduling, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and District Manager to drive sales and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local laws; safeguard store assets.
