Job summary

• Provides training and evaluations; identifies gaps and counsels or terminates as needed.
• Makes recommendations on pay rate and advancement.
• Communicates performance expectations; coordinates safety and policy meetings.
• Manages opening and closing with regular store staffing and procedures.
• Evaluates store performance: sales, profitability, and shrink; monitors costs.
