• Communicate performance, conduct and safety expectations; lead meetings to enforce policies.
• Ensure store opens and closes properly; maintain staffing accordingly.
• Evaluate operating statements for trends, expenses and shrink; manage stock targets.
• Order, review plans, and manage inventory weekly; monitor BSR and cycle counts.
• Stage, stock and store merchandise following company processes.
• Maintain presentation, pricing and signage; ensure proper fixtures.
• Maintain accurate inventory; control damages, markdowns and paperwork.
• Maintain cash control and security; uphold cashier accountability.
• Provide superior customer service leadership; keep store safe and clean.
