Discount Tire in Apple Valley, MN is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a team, mentor technicians, and deliver safe, reliable service to customers. You’ll coach staff on tire installation, rotation, and customer care, while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Qualifications

• Must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Bust tires: install, rotate, balance, repair, and clean tires and wheels.
• Coach a team of 4–5 technicians.
• Manage store inventory of tires, wheels, wiper blades, and lug nuts.
• Delight customers with a safe, easy, and welcoming experience.
• Grow: hands-on training and development.
