Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required or commonly accepted.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• 3+ years of retail sales / customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1 year of prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to hit business objectives.
• Effective communication with team and management.
• Scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hiring, development and leadership of store associates to deliver an exceptional client experience.
• Develop strategies to achieve KPIs and financial targets through analysis and planning.
• Support brand standards, omni-channel initiatives and store operations.
