Store Manager

The Store Leader is the heart and soul of the store. A Store Leader with an Assistant or two make up the store’s leadership team executing merchandising and marketing initiatives, driving profitability, developing the skills of the entire store team, and ensuring customers are well taken care of. Many of our top managers started their careers as cashiers, some even as part-timers simply looking for extra income. Through hard work, completing our training programs, and learning the business, it’s clear how we boast about having the best store management teams in the industry. What you bring:

• Leadership in customer service, training, and coaching for all store employees.
• A desire to maintain high retention by developing leaders, empowering employees, and encouraging productivity.
• Ability to oversee merchandising and marketing programs.
• Experience using P&L and store reports to implement changes.
• Management of cash handling, fuel transactions, and promotion of our rewards loyalty program.
• Commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment in compliance with health and sanitation procedures.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills, especially Microsoft Word and Excel.
• High School diploma or GED preferred; candidates with at least one year of retail management experience are also considered.
• Valid Driver’s License with automotive liability insurance.
• Ability to multi-task, perform repetitive movements, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
