Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the operation of a single store and guide a team to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

We provide a 3 or more weeks of store leadership training to prepare you for success and opportunities to grow within the Panda family that cares about your development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and direct associates to achieve financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
