Qualifications

• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve goals and guest satisfaction.
• Support leadership development and training programs to prepare for advancement.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences and efficient daily operations.
