Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. Panda Express provides a comprehensive leadership training program, mentorship, and support from our Panda community to help you succeed.

As a Store Manager, you will run a single store, hire and manage associates, and drive financial performance while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A robust 8+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be flexible to move within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule including opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of a single store and drive financial goals.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Ensure store performs at a high level and meets targets.
• Support ongoing leadership development through the company program.
