You will complete a 3+ week leadership training program and have opportunities for advancement within our growing Panda family. This role requires a high school diploma, Serve Safe certification, and flexibility to work a 50-mile radius with openings/closings, weekends and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide leadership to ensure timely and accurate service and safety standards.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks of store leadership training to prepare for success.
