Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store and lead associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Hire, manage and direct staff to ensure exceptional guest experiences and store success.
• Participate in the leadership training program to prepare for ongoing store leadership responsibilities.
