Five Below is seeking a Store Manager in the United States for our California locations. You will lead from the floor, energize a team, and deliver results while balancing operations, staffing, and customer experience.

The role requires a strong track record in retail leadership and the ability to develop high-performing teams. You will drive sales on the floor, model selling behaviors, and ensure store standards, safety, and budget adherence.

Qualifications

• 5–10+ years of leadership experience leading teams and delivering results.
• Experience managing a store or large department; retail preferred but not required.
• Promotion from assistant or co-manager roles is a big plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead with presence on the sales floor as the face and pace of the store.
• Grow a powerhouse team through coaching, feedback, and celebration.
• Keep operations humming — freight flow, zones, and priorities.
