BeMobile in San Diego is seeking a Store Leader to inspire, coach, and develop a high-performing team while delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving store success.

You will motivate others, set clear expectations, provide meaningful coaching, and create an environment where team members grow and succeed in a fast-paced tech and sales setting. This role offers total compensation of $75,000–$85,000+ annually (base salary + commission) with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience, wireless or technology experience preferred.
• Ability to coach, develop, and motivate teams while driving performance and achieving sales goals.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Drive success by rallying your sales team to crush sales targets.
• Lead on the floor, coaching and mentoring associates to win.
• Review performance and create development plans for growth.
