As part of Management, you will drive store sales, oversee merchandising, manage budgets, and coach associates to achieve targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum high school diploma or GED; retail leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team, drive sales, and deliver strong customer service.
• Comfort with data-driven decision making and flexible scheduling.
