Responsibilities

• Lead store staff through interviewing, hiring and development.
• Create a positive, respectful environment for employees and customers.
• Meet self-performance metrics and help employees meet theirs.
• Analyze daily sales information to maximize revenue.
• Ensure banking, safety, operations and legal requirements are met.
• Control labor, inventory and maintenance expenses.
• Assign and manage daily tasks to keep store clean and organized.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve issues.
