Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Ohio. As an Assistant Manager you’ll help operate a single Panda store, hire, coach and direct team members, and drive guest experiences while achieving financial goals.

We provide a 3+ week leadership training program to prepare you for success, plus mentorship and ongoing support from a Panda community that values family.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist operations of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage and direct store associates to meet financial goals.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Complete a 3+ week store leadership training program.
