Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will oversee operations for a single store, hire and direct associates, and drive exceptional guest experiences while undergoing a comprehensive leadership training program lasting 3 or more weeks.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Available to work a flexible schedule that includes opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and guest experience.
• Lead through the 3+ weeks of store leadership training.
