Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Flexibility to move within 50 miles of home.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and mentor team to ensure exceptional guest experiences and store performance.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
