Job summary

Panda Express, an industry-leading restaurant group, is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. We offer a paid Store Management Leadership Training, mentorship, and a supportive Panda community focused on your success.

You will assist the operation of a single store, including hiring, directing staff to achieve financial targets, and delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program will prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experiences.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program to prepare for success.
