Job summary

Parker's Kitchen is seeking a Store Leader in Training to support the Store Leader in managing daily operations across gasoline, retail, and food service. You will gain hands-on experience cover-for responsibilities within the district, preparing for a future promotion to Store Leader.

You will develop leadership, coaching, and supervisory skills while upholding Parker's Kitchen standards and ensuring high service levels, safety, and efficiency across all departments.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience in a retail operation or with Parker's Kitchen.
• Must be 18+ and have reliable transportation.
• Completion of Food Safety Certification within the first month of employment.
• Completion of a skills-based certification within the first 120 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day store operations across gasoline, retail, and food service.
• Assist in leading, planning, and organizing store operations; supervise staff and training.
• Support budgeting, inventory, ordering, and cost control; monitor sales and targets.
