Job summary

You will be primarily assigned to a location but cover for the Store Leader within the district, gaining hands-on experience that prepares you for promotion to Store Leader.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a retail team or Parker’s-style operations.
• Ability to train and coach team members to maintain service standards.
• Must be at least 18 and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Leader with daily operations across fuel, retail, and food service.
• Help plan, organize, and delegate tasks to ensure smooth store performance.
• Step in for Store Leader during vacations to gain promotion-ready experience.
• Monitor inventory, cash handling, and safety compliance.
