Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in retail management.
• Fluent English reading, writing, and speaking required.
• Willingness to pursue PTCB certification as required.

Responsibilities

• Learn Walgreens’ operations to lead front-end and pharmacy in one-store operations.
• Shadow Store Manager and participate in opening/closing tasks and team delegations.
• Engage customers, coach staff, and drive store performance and customer satisfaction.
