Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team in Louisville, KY. As an Assistant Manager, you will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates to reach financial goals and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate to a store within a 50-mile radius from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to achieve financial goals.
• Ensure the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in store leadership training program (3+ weeks).
