Panda Express is seeking experienced leaders to join our store management team. You will assist the operation of a single store, hire, manage and direct associates, and ensure a top-tier guest experience. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Serve Safe certification encouraged or required for Food Safety.
• Flexible to move/store within 50 miles of home and flexible schedule including openings/closings.

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store, including hiring, directing of associates and ensuring guest experience.
• Support leadership training and development for team members.
• Maintain food safety standards and drive store performance.
