Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to oversee daily store operations, supervise team members, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. You will play a key role in hiring, training, and directing staff to meet financial goals while maintaining Panda’s service standards.

To prepare you for success, Panda offers a 3 or more weeks leadership training program, mentorship, and ongoing support from the Panda community that cares about your development and success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home to a store.
• Must be available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• Assist the operation of a single Panda Express store and supervise associates to meet financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Participate in a 3+ weeks store leadership training program and apply learning on the job.
