Qualifications

• Retail experience in footwear/apparel preferred.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of assisting in team leadership and store goals.
• Self-starter with initiative.
• Strong attention to detail and multitasking.
• Team player with passion for customer service and selling.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets.
• Help establish action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Take store ownership in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers in all departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to meet department standards and responsibilities.
• Ensure quality customer service per manuals.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise.
• Maintain internal controls and report potential fraud risk.
