Job summary

GPM Investments is seeking a Store Manager in Shady Point, OK to lead store operations and drive performance. You will supervise a team of 8–15, cover all shifts, and own daily execution from sales to service while maintaining safety and cleanliness.

The role requires open availability, a valid driver’s license, and retail/food management experience. Compensation includes bonuses and benefits with a sign-on bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Open availability to work any shift as needed.
• Valid driver’s license, access to a personal vehicle, and proof of insurance (required for bank deposits).
• Retail or food management experience preferred.
• Willingness to lead by example in all aspects of store operations, including cleaning, upselling, and frontline service.

Responsibilities

• Take full ownership of store operations, team, and performance.
• Lead and inspire a team of 8-15 employees across all shifts.
• Be the go-to person for coverage; work days with availability for evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.
• Run the register, stock, upsell, clean restrooms, and maintain lot and fuel pumps.
• Coach team members to deliver excellent service and upsell promotions and key items.
• Recruit, hire, and train new team members focusing on growth and teamwork.
• Manage inventory, vendor orders, deliveries, and merchandising.
• Handle banking and cash deposits with valid license, vehicle, and insurance.
• Maintain high standards for safety, cleanliness, food safety, and customer satisfaction.
• Control expenses and labor hours while achieving store sales goals.
• Execute company programs and marketing initiatives.
• Be willing to take on cross-training and deli/QSR operations when necessary.
