Acima is seeking a Store Manager in Arlington, TX to lead day-to-day operations at a retail partner store. You will drive revenue, manage staff, and optimize processes while ensuring top-notch customer service in a leasing-focused environment.

The role offers salary in the $41,040–$49,761 range with potential monthly bonuses, depending on performance and company plans. This full-time position requires evenings and weekends availability.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Proven track record of success in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and ability to develop a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other software applications.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with rental or leasing industry practices is a plus.
• Organized, with time-management skills and the ability to multi-task.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Consistent in-person attendance to lead and manage store operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage and direct the work of all store coworkers on a day-to-day basis.
• Motivate, evaluate, coach, and counsel Acima store coworkers including accountability up to termination.
• Nurture, identify, and recommend coworkers for promotion to Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager.
• Establish partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate them on the rental and lease process.
• Train, supervise, and assess coworkers' dedication to exceptional customer service.
• Utilize discretion and judgment in day-to-day management duties with respect to store personnel, sales, and customers.
• Enhance coworkers' sales and account management skills through training and coaching.
• Address coworker and customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction.
• Cultivate a positive work environment to reduce turnover.
• Recruit, interview, and hire coworkers for the store.
• Establish daily/weekly sales objectives and monitor progress.
• Guide sales activities and oversee leasing conversions to drive revenue.
• Communicate the accessibility and convenience of Acima's leasing services.
• Explain lease terms and delivery protocols and manage overdue accounts.
