Job summary

Acima, a leader in lease-to-own solutions, seeks a Store Manager to maximize revenue and profits at a partner store location. You will oversee selection, training, and development of coworkers, drive sales, and optimize processes to achieve store goals in Alabama, Decatur area.

The role requires strong retail leadership, communication skills, and a proven sales track record. Full-time position with potential bonus programs; salary is in line with payroll procedures and location norms.

Qualifications

• Must have a proven track record of success in retail sales management.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and standard business software.
• Knowledge of inventory management and merchandising principles.
• Familiarity with rental or lease industry practices is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise store coworkers on a daily basis to meet operations goals.
• Motivate, coach, and evaluate employees; enforce policies and performance standards.
• Identify and promote coworkers for Store Manager and Assistant Manager roles.
• Build partnerships with store personnel to generate referrals and educate customers on rental/lease processes.
• Train and assess staff on customer service excellence and adherence to company standards.
• Address and resolve staff and customer issues to maintain high satisfaction.
• Recruit, interview, and hire store personnel as needed.
