Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group, Inc. is seeking an experienced Store Manager to oversee a single Panda restaurant, drive financial results, and deliver exceptional guest experiences.

You will hire, coach, and supervise associates, and lead the operation to meet company standards. We offer an 8+ week leadership training program, performance bonuses, and a strong benefits package including healthcare, 401K with company match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• In charge of the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and develop team members; ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Provide training and leadership development through the 8+ week store leadership program.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly and safely, maintaining quality standards and efficiency.
