Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years general management with financial accountability.
• Experience supervising 50+ associates and performing reviews.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales, customer service and expense control to meet targets.
• Develop and mentor leadership; execute succession planning and training.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety standards and company programs.
