Faherty is seeking a Store Leader to act as CEO of their four walls, guiding profitable growth, protecting fiscal health, and building a high-performing team with a Day One Mentality.

You will own People Leadership, Merchant Excellence, P&L mastery, Enlightened Hospitality, and Community Integration, driving guest experiences, data-driven decisions, omnichannel operations, and local partnerships to elevate the brand in Big Sky and beyond.

Qualifications

• Extensive leadership experience in retail/hospitality with P&L accountability.
• Proven ability to recruit and develop high-potential talent.
• Strong communication, coaching, and data-driven decision skills.
• Willingness to work weekends/nights and holidays as required by peak periods.
