Lane Bryant Cedar Hill is seeking an Assistant Manager to drive daily store operations and brand excellence. You will guide the store team to deliver consistently great customer experiences and work with leadership to hit store goals.

You’ll focus on coaching, talent development, merchandising, and performance, while maintaining a welcoming environment for all customers and associates. Regular full-time role.

Qualifications

• 6 months specialty retail and management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong communication, supervisory, and customer service skills.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Drive daily store operations and brand excellence.
• Coach and lead on the sales floor while developing talent.
• Collaborate with leadership on merchandising and store performance.
• Deliver a fashion-forward Lane Bryant experience for customers.
• Recruit, hire, and develop a diverse team.
