Lane Bryant seeks an Assistant Manager to drive daily store operations, brand excellence, and a positive customer experience at Store 4644-UptwnVlg Cedar Hill. You will coach a sales floor team, partner with leadership on talent development, and ensure strong merchandising and store performance.

Responsibilities include recruiting and developing a diverse team, maintaining visual standards, and engaging in community initiatives while delivering Lane Bryant’s fashion-forward customer experience.

Formación

• 6 months specialty retail and management experience
• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication, supervisory, and customer service skills
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Must be able to read, write, and communicate in English
• Proficient with technology, including an ability to operate store systems accurately
