Altar’d State in Southlake, TX seeks a Store Leader to guide all store operations, guest experience, and team performance, driving sales, payroll control, and merchandising excellence. You will recruit and develop associates, uphold brand standards, and deliver extraordinary service while managing expenses and loss prevention.

The role requires 2+ years of store management experience in retail or hospitality, with a Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks (standing, walking, lifting up to 30 pounds)

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and develop associates while maintaining guest focus.
• Forecast, analyze business trends and manage payroll to maximize store performance.
• Achieve sales, payroll and inventory goals through effective leadership.
• Direct merchandise presentation, restocking and recovery.
• Communicate brand positioning and maintain visual standards
