Qualifications

• 2+ years of store management experience in retail or hospitality.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Physical ability to perform tasks, which could require prolonged standing, sitting, reaching, kneeling and/or squatting.

Responsibilities

• Lead and direct all store activities to achieve goals, including guest service, sales objectives, payroll and expenses, and merchandising presentation.
• Recruit, select and develop associates; hold individuals accountable for performance.
• Forecast, analyze business trends and manage payroll to maximize store performance.
• Ensure adherence to brand standards, HR practices, and store policies.
