Job summary

Victra, the largest Verizon Authorized Retailer in the United States, seeks a Store Manager in Colorado. You will coach a team to deliver Every Guest, Every Time, drive sales, and own day-to-day store operations with accountability for performance and brand compliance.

You will attend training, lead by example on the sales floor, and motivate your team to meet and exceed targets in a fast-paced wireless retail environment. This role is hourly.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.
• Proven history of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and enhanced staffing knowledge.
• High school diploma or GED.
• One or more years of customer service, preferably in a retail or sales environment.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Direct day-to-day store operations and communicate the company vision.
• Lead and coach store staff to deliver best-in-class guest experience.
• Drive sales targets with daily plan and weekly scorecards.
• Ensure brand standards, store cleanliness, and compliance.
