You will train and develop associates to hit sales and profit targets and coach teams through formal and informal interactions.

Responsibilities

• Lead store teams in planning, implementing and executing merchandising and operations initiatives to have the store customer ready daily.
• Collaborate with department leaders and associates to identify opportunities and create action plans for timely solutions.
• Achieve and exceed weekly, period, and annual sales and profit targets while reducing shrink.
• Manage staffing, retention and labor costs to meet service and financial goals.
• Ensure compliance with laws and division policies and uphold Our Promise values.
