Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Recruit, select and retain qualified employees while ensuring proper staffing.
• Provide training, conduct evaluations, and address gaps; counsel or terminate as needed.
• Recommend pay rate and advancement opportunities.
• Communicate performance and safety expectations; lead meetings and events.
• Open/close store regularly; manage operating hours.
• Analyze sales, profitability and inventory trends; manage expenses.
• Manage stock levels and ordering plans; monitor BSR/cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise presentation, pricing and signage are correct.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and secure cash controls.
• Deliver superior customer service leadership and a safe shopping environment.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization; ensure store tools and equipment are available.
• Follow SOPs and complete paperwork on time.
