Job summary

Family Dollar in Longview, GA is seeking a Store Manager to lead associates, assist customers, and drive store sales. You will oversee daily operations, apply corporate guidance, and ensure a smooth shopping experience for every visitor.

The role requires strong communication, a results mindset, and prior retail management experience. You will train and develop staff, protect assets, and engage with the community to foster partnerships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
• Ability to focus on results and build strong relationships with team members is required.
• Excellent communication skills are required.
• Retail management experience is preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift, up to 40 lbs. (occasionally 55 lbs.) from floor level to above shoulder height is required.
• Ability to handle frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting.
