Job summary

Circle K Stores Inc. in Las Vegas, NV is seeking a Store A Manager to lead a small team and deliver exceptional customer service at Store 2709565, Las Vegas.

You will supervise 2+ full-time employees, recruit and train staff, and ensure the store is clean, stocked, and well-presented in line with company standards. This role requires the ability to schedule staff, handle cash and reports, and maintain a professional image with customers and suppliers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent plus 1–2 years of retail work experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and work experience preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train staff using the CSR/LSR/SA framework.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to use a computer and analyze reports, inventory control and cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervises the activities of 2+ full-time employees including Assistant Manager(s), Lead Representative(s) and Customer Service Representative(s).
• Recruits, hires and trains positive, enthusiastic employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Develops, manages and assigns tasks to keep the store clean, stocked, organized and well-kept per Company standards.
• Maintains a professional and supportive image among subordinates and supervisor.
• Schedules employees within Company guidelines to maximize customer service and store image.
• Implements non-discriminatory management practices in hiring, training, counseling, mentoring and separation of staff.
