The Store Leader is responsible for the daily operations of their assigned store and managing employees. Duties include interviewing, selecting, training employees, setting and adjusting pay and hours, directing work, appraising productivity, recommending promotions or changes, disciplining staff, planning work, and determining materials and supplies needed for retail and food locations.

Job Description

• Experience Required: 3 to 5 years
• Education Desired: High school diploma or equivalent
• Lifting Requirement: Up to 50 pounds
• Age Requirement: At least 21 years of age

Job Responsibilities

• Main duties include:
• Interview, select, and train team members
• Direct and oversee the work of team members
• Appraise productivity and recommend promotions or changes
