Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent; associate’s or accredited bachelor’s degree with emphasis in business, marketing, merchandising, or related field preferred.
• At least 1 year of retail management experience required.
• At least 3 years of retail sales, guest service, and/or management/leadership experience preferred.
• Video game knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations in a multiunit capacity.
• Provide best-in-class guest service: greet guests, assist with needs, and promote promotions.
• Promote visual and operational elements to support sales initiatives and guest relationships.
• Schedule staff and manage payroll, ensuring accurate timekeeping and adherence to guidelines.
• Recruit, interview, hire, develop, and retain high-performing associates.
• Ensure onboarding, job training, and compliance training are completed prior to shifts.
