Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 1+ year of food service leadership.
• Locally required safe food handling certification.
• Strong leadership and customer service track record.
• Business mindset with ability to read P&L and restaurant reports.
• Excellent communication, written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems; ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily fresh food service operations while ensuring health standards and safety.
• Drive sales and profitability through food programs and merchandising.
• Own inventory management and vendor relationships for in-stock items.
