Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Ability to supervise and train to use equipment listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to supervise and manage the functions listed in CSR/ASM descriptions.
• Ability to use computer for reports, inventory control, cash control, notices, etc.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to meetings.

Responsibilities

• Leadership and Management: Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Site Relationships: Develop positive relationships with suppliers and resolve complaints.
• Training and Development: Prepare performance appraisals and train employees on standards and safety.
• Communication: Ensure timely and effective communication among all site employees and with Market Manager.
• Organizing and Planning: Develop action plans to meet site objectives and maintain files/manuals.
• Financial: Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and manage margins.
• Working Conditions: Perform indoors with occasional outdoor tasks and exposure to cold temperatures when necessary.
