Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales preferred.
• Able to supervise and train staff on equipment and processes.
• Able to manage store operations, inventory, and reports.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to deliver excellent customer service.
• Develop tasks and ensure the site is clean, stocked, organized, and well maintained.
• Schedule staff within company guidelines to maximize service and add to store image.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and ensure a safe, positive store environment.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits and control costs.
