Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent and 1–2 years of retail supervisory experience.
• Ability to recruit, hire, train and develop staff to deliver excellent customer service.
• Strong leadership to assign tasks, schedule shifts and maintain store standards.
• Ability to use a computer and run reports, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Open availability and fluent English communication.
• Food safety certifications may be required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise 2+ full-time employees and ensure daily store operations.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to provide excellent customer service.
• Schedule staff and manage store image, cleanliness and stock.
• Maintain compliance with safety policies and company standards.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints.
• Prepare performance appraisals and supervise training on safety.
• Ensure accurate reports, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Communicate effectively with team and district management.
