Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to ensure excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stock levels, and appearance per Company standards.
• Maintain professional image among staff and supervisors.
• Schedule employees to maximize customer service and site image.
• Implement fair, non-discriminatory management practices in hiring and training.
• Develop supplier relationships and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Prepare performance appraisals and provide constructive feedback.
• Ensure timely and accurate reports are completed.
